I know these sound weird but some natural remedies that have helped some people include fresh lemon juice (apply to affected areas for a few minutes, then rinse it off which lightens dark acne scars) and an ice cubes/pack (rub on affected areas which is supposed to shrink the pores and soothe any irritation caused by the scars).
