My 10 year old Niece came to stay with me for a few weeks and when she arrived she had dime to nickle sized red round bumps on her arms and legs. The look like cig burns. I know that is not what they are, Also they have treated her for ring worn and exema and the cream they gave her did nothing. Any advice on what this could be?
