ok so last night i started feeling a tingly feeling all over my body! (even in my hair!) then after 15 Min it went away but just stayed on one spot on my leg. i looked at it and very closely and say a very very unnoticeable scratch. i don’t know how i got it but it kept tingling there.

now today i say some red spots all over my arms and legs. they are VERY VERY small and you cant notice then unless u take a good look at my arms and legs. they are mostly on my arm. they don’t itch but they bother me and i am still tingling. what is this?
my muscles arent sore at all

did your muscles feel sore, like around your back? if so, you should try meditation your probably stressed out.or it could be a bad case of the bed bugs

I have some facial skin issues I am trying to resolve, I’m a guy so I’d appreciate any help any1 could give. But please list only things that could be bought at a local store, going to the doctor is out of the question.

1. First off I had some spots where I had a zit that was inflamed but its gone now, but where it was is now a darkish purple/red spot, how do I fade this mark off my face because its been 4 weeks and it has NOT lightened up at all hardly. I tried lemon juice but that didn’t work. Should I try proactive?

2. How do I get rid of acne scars? These scars are mild and not very deep but still kind of noticeable. What can I use to raise them?

3. And also my skin is susceptible to scars so if I do cut myself or something what should I put on it to heal it faster/lessen chances of a scar?

4. How do I get rid of redness from a zit/pimple?

5. How do I even out skin tone?

Please help me! I’m kind of new at this stuff

For example, with home remedies. I have tried many products that have worked for only a short while and they seem to wear off. I am hoping to find some homemade acne treatments.

I do not have severe acne…only a few pimples here and there, but they are still noticeable. I am also not in any rush but I would like to get rid of the acne as soon as possible.

seriously try proactiv, it works really good, but you have to use it EVERY day.

My mom has this condition where she feels the itch not on the skin surface but underneath it? The itch comes with pain sometimes. And aside from that, her skin is scaly especially at the feet. And when you press your finger on her feet, the pressed part does not come back normally as you would press a sponge. Calling all those who know, can someone please explain this condition?

Toothpaste! but be careful, it stings, and it works to dry them out. so don’t leave it on to long. close ur eyes, cause ureyes might start watering as well.

well i use to pick on my acne and pimples A LOT and now i have these red spots on my cheek from when i picked on it like before last summer (this year). And well the first spot on the same cheek went away, but then i picked at another acne or pimple(i don’t remember) next to it and it was like a slight dent in my skin for a while and than it became new RED skin, and i guess it affected the old spot since now there’s 2 red spots on the same cheek right by each other.

so now i don’t really know what to do ): i’ve been using my mom’s foundation to cover it up a little but she gets mad when i do and it takes up time in the morning. and it’s so embarassing if i don’t!!

FYI it’s not a dent, it’s not a bump, it’s just 2 FLAT red spots, and i understand it might be blood vessels or something that is making it red but i just really want to know HOW CAN I GET RID OF THEM! ):

and please don’t just tell me “YOU SHOULD NEVER PICK ON THEM..” and etc. because i understand that now and it won’t help me with my irritating problem.

btw i use clearasil, and if there is any kind of product that i can get at a store like rite aid.. or target.. or whatever (not online) that would help me please tell me!! O: and if it’s a home remedy please keep it simple and if you can explain how it helps.

You are right that the redness is caused by blood vessels. The picking (which I know that you understand is what caused it) causes damage to the deeper layer of skin. The blood vessels are there trying to heal your skin.

Unfortunately putting creams or other products on wont help much as the blood vessels are deep in the skin. Creams and products which go on top of the skin wont be able to affect the deeper blood vessels.
The redness will go away on it’s own with time. I know you want it gone NOW but without expensive laser treatment, there’s no immediate fix.

Wrap an ice cube in a tissue or face cloth and hold it onto the area a few times a day for 5 minutes at a time. The coldness helps to shrink the blood vessels and may make it improve quicker and look less red. But it won’t go away in a day or two. It will take a bit longer than that.

In the meantime, concealer will help disguise it. Buy one that matches your skin colour exactly and just put a tiny dob of it on with a cotton tip and pat it with your finger to get it to blend in. Concealer is thicker than foundation so gives better cover, plus you dont have to do it all over. You dont have to buy an expensive one, the cheapest one from the supermarket or pharmacy will do fine as long as the colour is right for your skin.

Invest in a facial once in a month, and use high quality lotions for sensitive skin (Clinique 3 step care is excellent), just avoid alcohol based preparations and vigorous rubbing, cause it might damage your skin permanently

Well the first thing I was gonna say was water. But you also have to look at what you are eating. Are you stressed out? Stress can do it too. And you should probably try to go to a dermatologist to see if you can get something to help. Also go to the doctor to see if you are allergic to anything you are eating. I hope that helps
