How do you clean up your skin in a few hours?

Question by NoName: How do you clean up your skin in a few hours?
Im going to a concert tonight (at about 5-6) and i want a really good way to clean out my pours to make my skin look clean. I dont really have time to go out to buy anything special but I can walk to a small supermarket. Any ideas???

sorry theres nothing. you can get some concealer though. get some acne cream or something next time.
