the fastest way for your hair to grow is to massage your scalp every day. then you use a hard bristle brush to brush your scalp for 10-15 minutes do this once a week (this brushes off any dead cells that are on your head which prevent your hair to come out.)

pimples and such are partly genetic and partly diet. try eating clean food such as fruits, veggies, lots and lots of water! wash your face every morning and every night before you go to bed. you want freckles? that’s strange, but they mostly occur due to being in the sun, which is NOT good for your skin in the long term.

Soak in oatmeal bath if you have exzema. It is available at walmart. Another helpful item is a lotion that neosporin makes which is especially for this. Wash your face with cetaphil every morning and night for your acne. Try not to scrub your face too hard or dry it to hard because this will open up your acne and spread it worse.

Thayer’s rose petal organic witch hazel toner. I buy it from vitacost.com or amazon. It’s about 5 dollars for a 12 iz bottle that will last a while. It’s everything your skin needs in one bottle. Google it and read reviews. If you have acne, it will also help that. This stuff IS AMAZING. I use it at night and in the morning. It cleanses, moisturizes, and tones.

I love the poweder its great for oily skin and for normal or dry skin. It has medium coverage and if you skins a bit oily it like drys it out. LOVE IT
