i have a sensitive skin and alot of dirt i really want to a clean and a brilliant skin please help me i relly need this help

Invest in a facial once in a month, and use high quality lotions for sensitive skin (Clinique 3 step care is excellent), just avoid alcohol based preparations and vigorous rubbing, cause it might damage your skin permanently
