National Yaz/Yasmin/Ocella Law Firm Files Yaz/Yasmin/Ocella Lawsuits Alleging that Two Women Developed Deep Vein Thrombosis Allegedly Due to Bayers Oral Contraceptive

Parker Waichman LLP, a national law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of victims injured by defective drugs, has filed lawsuits on behalf of a Texas woman (Case No. 3:12-cv-10934-DRH-PMF) and a Massachusetts woman (Case No. 3:12-cv-10935-DRH-PMF) who allegedly developed deep vein thrombosis and other injuries as a result of taking Yaz, its predecessor Yasmin or the generic Ocella. Both cases were filed in the multidistrict litigation on May 29th in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois before Judge David R. Herndon (MDL. No 2100).

According to the complaints, both women developed deep vein thrombosis after taking Yaz, Yasmin or Ocella. The suits allege severe and permanent personal injuries, pain, suffering and emotional distress. The complaints further allege that the Plaintiffs would not have suffered these effects if Bayer had properly warned about the risks.

Hello, I’ve just noticed my shih tzu male 8-9 months has lots of red skin marks around his privet area and all over his belly and down large spots that are white brownish with dark spots all over THEM. On top of these spots there’s a little ball thats white, should I be worried? Should I take himto a vet? When I say there large there about pimple size. I’ll try to add a photo later, but for now has anyone else experienced this probnlem?

I have dry red skin on my penis. It isn’t on the tip, but it is on the rim around the tip, and on the shaft. I think it is from masturbating dry too much. But the red spots have not gone away and it’s been months. Also, if i irritate the area too much it starts to bleed a little bit. I have tried applying hand lotion to it but it does not seem to be helping. It seems to have been trying to heal before, because dry flaky skin was being made over top of the red marks, but that just flaked off and never came back. Any help would be appreciated. Pretty sure the best anti-acne medicines have a sulfa drug, usually tetracycline in them. There are some advertised on TV, but I don’t know if they are really effective, and can be more expensive than those from a doctor’s prescription. My son had some prescribed, and he had real bad problem for awhile until he took the one the doctor prescribed, and it never reoccurred.
